Our Year 7 students recently embarked on an unforgettable journey to Caminito del Rey, one of Spain’s most breathtaking walking trails. As they explored the dramatic cliffs and stunning landscapes, they discovered the rich history behind this famous pathway, learning about its construction, past dangers and modern restoration.This hands-on experience brought history to life, making their studies more engaging and memorable. The students were captivated by the stories of the trail's past and the efforts that went into its modern restoration, which added depth to their understanding of historical events.
