Being told to remain in your home without the luxury of being outside or traveling to see friends and loved ones is stressful enough and not something we have ever experienced before.
Not being in control of a situation or being able to make decisions creates anxiety itself. With that in mind as a school we have created a new Wellbeing Website.
The Wellbeing Website is for students, their families and colleagues at the school. We have shared with you wellbeing ideas for emotional , physical and social activities.
