These approaches encourage students to draw on their full linguistic repertoire to enhance learning and engagement. To cap off a productive term, a recent Wednesday staff learning session was dedicated to showcasing the incredible work being done. The session began with the Primary team sharing their strategies and successes with the Secondary team followed by a role reversal where Secondary teachers shared their expertise. This exchange sparked rich conversations and strengthened cross-phase collaboration. The event was an inspiring opportunity for teachers to reflect on their achievements, celebrate their progress and explore new ways to support one another in meeting the needs of multilingual learners.
