This stage comprises Year 12 and Year 13 and students study a 2 year course. The British system follows the A Levels programme. These are official examinations and are a requirement to enter British universities, as well as being valid to apply for places in any international university in the world.
Students at The British School of Málaga also study Spanish subjects alongside their A Levels which allows them direct access to Spanish universities, both public and private. In Key Stage 5 students have to show great independence and organisation in their studies. They are supported and guided by their teachers, as well as UCAS and Spanish university coordinators, but ultimately they have freedom to choose the subjects which will best prepare them for their academic future and career.
